What you’ll do here:  

  • Drive continuous improvement in product quality and test coverage through rigorous quality assurance processes and automation 

  • Collaborate with Product and Software Engineering Teams to ensure a high-quality product is delivered, plan future projects & roadmaps, and build strategies 

  • Partner with product management and engineering peers to design end-to-end user requirements that are verifiable through automated testing 

  • Shape the future of our automated testing and release strategies 

  • Hire and mentor new members to the team 

  • Manage QA deliverables for sprints 

  • Drive manual and automated test coverage of all products 

  • Focus on continuous QA improvements in Test and Release processes & automation testing tools 

  • Monitor & continuously improve QA metrics on test results, leaked defects, and test coverage. 

  • Get hands on with testing as needed 

  • Provide technical leadership to the team by providing testing solutions and troubleshoot technical problems and challenges 

  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems 

  • Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards 

  • Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates 

  • Reviews client, customer, and user feedback. 

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. 

  • Performs other duties as assigned. 


 

What you’ll bring to the team:  

  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading testing projects 

  • Experience with Functional, Non Functional, End to End, UI, API, and regression testing 

  • Experience with load and performance testing 

  • Experience with accessibility validation 

  • Programming expertise with Javascript & Python 

  • Experience with Playwright, Selenium or other automation framework 

  • Experience with Salesforce 

  • Should have hands-on experience in estimation, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder management and escalation management 

  • Self-starter capable of managing diverse responsibilities in testing, automation, and requirements analysis 

  • Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to summarize complex information to drive actions and continuous improvement 

  • Experience with  Continuous Integration systems. 


 

Where you’ll work: This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday through Thursday in the office.
