The Business Analyst (BA) serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.  Responsibilities include identifying business needs, analyzing data, translating requirements, and organizing testing delivery functionality/experience to ensure product implementations and enhancements meet strategic goals and objectives.  The BA plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, product implementation and enhancements, and business growth through structured process delivery and stakeholder engagement. 

What you’ll do here: 

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather, document and analyze business requirements. 

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders. 

  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications documented in Jira. 

  • Partner with technical developers to execute and test delivery of required functionality. 

  • Gather, document and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. 

  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and progress tracking for projects and strategic priorities.  

  • Evaluate business and project performance against key metrics and expectations to ensure transparency and visibility to progress against plans. 

  • Assess current operational processes and partner with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. 

  • Develop process documentation for both current and to-be processes. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights. 

  • Collaborate with product managers, project leads and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 

  • Assist in tracking project progress, risks, decisions and milestones. 

  • Develop testing scenarios and prepare testing data and cases to ensure business requirements are met. 

  • Organize, track, report and administer QA testing and user acceptance testing. 

  • Facilitate communication between business units, IT, product, and operations. 

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Ensure alignment on business goals, project outcomes, and system enhancements. 

  • Provide visibility and transparency to stakeholders for project progress and product enhancements 

What you’ll bring to the team:  

  • Experience in ensuring technology development aligns with requirements 

  • Experience working in an Agile product development environment 

  • Strong desire for team success 

  • Creative, innovative, and effective problem-solver 

  • Dedication to the work we do and the customers we serve 

  • Ability to translate concepts and requirements into technical specifications for development. 

  • Preferred:  

  • 3+ years Business Analyst experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field 

  • Competency in the following tools/technologies: Jira, Confluence, Salesforce (Vlocity, Marketing Cloud), Smartsheet, Atlas, Figma 

Where you’ll work: This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday through Thursday in the office.
